We are pleased to confirm that works on parcel E1 will commence in July 2023.

This will consist of 122 units in total, located south of the existing lake and main area of open space, with access via Ipswich Road.

The new units proposed on parcel E1 were approved by East Suffolk District Council in July/August 2022.
