Civil engineering company Breheny have been appointed to deliver the first phase of Infrastructure, including the access works to the A12 and Ipswich Road.  

From early January 2023 Breheny will begin to set up their compound areas and will commence work. The work will last approximately 7 months in total and within that period the new site accesses from Ipswich Road and the A12 will be formed.
