Harlequin Group, on behalf of EE, have submitted an application for a 25m telecoms tower by the A12 at Brightwell. Whilst it is adjacent to the Brightwell Lakes site, it is not part of the outline planning application or any reserved matters application associated with Brightwell Lakes.
