Taylor Wimpey has submitted plans for 317 high-quality homes, as part of the first phase of the 2,000-home community at Brightwell Lakes. This phase will provide 195 homes on the A12 parcel of land and 122 homes on the Ipswich Road parcel, as well as new roads, footways and cycle connections.
