We are pleased to share that the Reserved Matters Application for the first phase of the Brightwell Lakes development, Parcel E1, has been approved by East Suffolk District Council.

The approval is for 119 dwellings and has been determined by the Council following the Planning Committee recommendation of “Authority to Approve” in March 2022.
