We are pleased to share that the Reserved Matters Application for Parcel W1 of the Brightwell Lakes development has been approved by East Suffolk District Council. The approval is for 173 dwellings on parcel W1 and is confirmed following the “Authority to Approve” recommendation from East Suffolk Planning Committee in July 2022.  

Parcel W1 is now therefore approved alongside the units proposed on parcel E1 and E1a which were also approved in July/August 2022.
